At Abbot's Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the shoes in their original box and pack them securely into a shipping carton to ensure they remain in pristine condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund as soon as the inspection is complete.
